1. Emirates Green Building Council
Emirates GBC is a non-profit organization aimed in achieving the highest level of Sustainable Built-Environment in the UAE through the promotion of High-performance Green Buildings & Environmentally friendly technologies.
It is a full member of the World Green Building Council (WorldGBC). The Emirates GBC has been accepted as a full member of the World Green Building Council effectively on 17th September 2006. This made our Council no 8 worldwide. Current members of the World GBC are USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, India, Taiwan, Mexico and United Arab Emirates.
2. US Green Building Council (USGBC)
US Green Building Council is non profit organization that certifies sustainable businesses, homes, hospitals, schools & neighborhood. USGBC is dedicated to expanding green building practices & education and its LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System.
The LEED Green Building Rating System is a mandatory consensus-based national system for developing high performance, sustainable buildings, LEED addresses all building types and emphasizes state-of-the-art strategies in five arrears:

- Water Saving
- Energy Efficiency
- Materials & Resources selection
- Indoor Environmental Quality
3. Building Commissioning Association
BCA has a high professional standards allowing for the diverse and creative approached to building commissioning that benefit our profession and its clients.
It provides documented confirmation that building systems function according to criteria set forth in the project documents to satisfy the owner’s operational needs.
Commissioning for Existing Buildings is a systematic process for investigating, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of building systems by improving their operation and maintenance to ensure their continued performance over time.
